Data collected and purposes

  • Customer account and purchases (email, first name, purchase history). Legal basis: performance of the contract. Kept for the lifetime of the account plus 3 years after the last activity; accounting records are archived for 10 years (legal requirement).
  • Free program (first name, last name, email address, phone number). Legal basis: consent (checkbox at the time of the request, time-stamped). Purposes: sending the free program and access to the member area; marketing by email and phone about our offers. Consent can be withdrawn at any time (unsubscribe link in every email, or a simple request); your details are never passed on to third parties.
  • Newsletter (email, proof of consent). Legal basis: consent (double opt-in) for visitors; for customers, marketing for similar services with the right to object at any time. One-click unsubscribe in every email.
  • Audience measurement : two mechanisms. First, anonymised internal statistics: visits are counted using a non-identifying anonymised technical fingerprint, kept for a maximum of 13 months. Second, the PostHog tool, whose data is hosted in the European Union: it records page views, clicks, technical performance, errors and a replay of the browsing journey (form fields are masked). Without your consent, this measurement runs without cookies and stays anonymous and limited to the current visit; if you accept the cookie banner, a measurement cookie recognises your browser from one visit to the next. Legal basis: consent for cookies, legitimate interest for anonymous measurement. Browsing recordings are kept for 30 days, measurement events for 12 months.
  • Security logs : legal basis: legitimate interest. Kept for 12 months.

Cookies

This site uses strictly necessary cookies (login session, internal attribution of sales to advertising campaigns), which are exempt from consent, and, only if you accept them via the banner, PostHog audience-measurement cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the page. No advertising or social-network cookies are placed.

Recipients and processors

  • OVH (France): hosting.
  • Stripe (Ireland/United States): payment. Transfers are governed by safeguards (Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses). Your card details are never processed by our servers.
  • Resend (United States): sending emails. Transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses.
  • PostHog (European Union): audience measurement. Data hosted in the EU, no transfers outside the European Union.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to set directives on what happens to your data after your death. You can update your details and your newsletter subscription from your customer area, or write to us via the contact form (response within 1 month). You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority (cnil.fr).
