A no-equipment strength program to build muscle with no gym and no kit: nine weeks, three sessions a week, where progression runs through leverage, tempo and range instead of added load. It is all planned for you, week after week.
Who is it for?
No strength training experience is needed to start this program, just as useful for someone without gym access as for someone choosing to skip it. No equipment is required, a pull-up bar is only advised for a few variations. The only reference point that matters is how each session feels, since no external load acts as a numeric benchmark.
The method
Three phases of three weeks. The first builds technique and tempo on the bilateral variations, the most stable ones: full range, held pauses, zero momentum. The second reduces leverage, split stances, raised feet, pauses and 1.5 reps, so every exercise gets harder without any load appearing. The third moves to unilateral work, one leg, one arm, with density techniques to chase the last adaptations: the hardest phase of the block, and it is meant to be. The same base movements run through all three phases, only their version gets harder: that thread lets you track progress even with no load to write down.
Is nine weeks with no gym enough to make progress?
That is the length this program is built around: three phases of three weeks that progressively evolve leverage and range, without ever adding external load. The marker of progress is no longer the weight lifted but the difficulty felt on each variation.
Do I really need no equipment at all?
No equipment is required. A pull-up bar is only advised for a few variations, not essential to follow the program.
What if I have never done bodyweight training before?
The program is open to all levels: the first phase builds technique on the most stable variations before the leverage gets harder.

The programming
- Phase 1 · Mastery (weeks 1 to 3) : Build technique and tempo on the bilateral variations, the most stable ones. This is the phase where you learn to make every rep hard: full range, held pauses, zero momentum.
- Phase 2 · Leverage (weeks 4 to 6) : Same patterns, reduced leverage: split stances, raised feet, pauses and 1.5 reps. Every exercise gets harder without any load appearing. The RIR tightens.
- Phase 3 · Unilateral (weeks 7 to 9) : The peak of the block: one leg, one arm, and density techniques to chase the last adaptations. It is the hardest phase, and it is meant to be.
Every week follows a defined cycle (baseline, intensification, accumulation): you always know what to do, at what intensity, and when to adjust. Nothing is left to chance.
